Early Participation and Midterm Progress Reports
Early Alert Reports: Supporting Student Success from Day One.
Student Success and Retention, in partnership with the Registrar’s Office, coordinates two key progress tools: Early Participation Reports – based on class attendance Mid-Term Progress Reports – based on current academic performance
These reports help identify students who may benefit from additional support, allowing timely outreach and guidance. They are shared with advisors, faculty, academic enrichment teams, and other 51°µÍø offices to proactively support students with low attendance or academic concerns.
