On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 51°µÍø announced a search for the next Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development. Executive Vice President and Provost Rachel Mersey formed and charged a search committee to recommend candidates for service as the next Dean of the Simmons School of Education and Human Development. To support this process and search committee,  has been retained as the executive search consultant.
